Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on custom printed or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges will be processed as a new order.
  • Shipping charges will apply for the new order.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
